Blurra is developed and published by Oğuzhan Döngül, operating under the Techlebi brand as an independent developer based in the Netherlands.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Blurra Android application and the related Blurra website. It does not apply to unrelated third-party websites, services, or applications.
3. Image processing
Blurra does not upload your original images, edited images, image contents, faces, documents, or other visual information to Techlebi servers, Firebase, or any other external server.
Blurra does not use cloud-based artificial intelligence services to process your images.
4. Information collected through Firebase
Blurra uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. These services may automatically process limited technical and usage information.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics may process information such as:
- Application interactions and usage events
- Application version and device operating system
- General device and technical information
- Firebase-generated installation or application-instance identifiers
- Session and engagement information
This information is used to understand how Blurra is used and to improve application usability and functionality.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics may process:
- Crash reports and stack traces
- Application-not-responding reports
- Device model and operating-system information
- Application version and build information
- Technical diagnostics associated with a crash
- Firebase-generated installation identifiers
This information is used to identify, diagnose, and resolve crashes, defects, and stability problems.
Blurra does not intentionally send image contents, filenames, account details, names, email addresses, or user-created text to Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, information is processed for the following purposes and legal bases:
- Application analytics: to understand usage and improve Blurra, based on consent where consent is required.
- Crash diagnostics: to maintain application stability, security, and reliability, based on legitimate interests or consent where required.
- Responding to requests: to respond when you contact us, based on legitimate interests and steps taken at your request.
6. Sharing and service providers
Technical analytics and diagnostic information may be processed by Google through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your images with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Google processes Firebase data according to its applicable terms, privacy documentation, and data-processing arrangements.
7. International data transfers
Google may process Firebase-related information in countries outside your country of residence. Where required by applicable law, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including applicable contractual safeguards.
8. Data retention
Images edited with Blurra remain under your control on your device and are not retained by Techlebi.
Analytics and diagnostic information is retained according to the retention configuration and policies applicable to the Firebase services used by Blurra. Information sent directly by email is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information processed in connection with Blurra. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to:
- Request access to personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Request data portability where applicable
- Lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority

Because Blurra does not create user accounts and Techlebi does not receive your images, we may not be able to identify or retrieve information that remains solely on your device.
11. Children’s privacy
Blurra is not specifically directed at children. We do not knowingly request names, contact details, account information, or image uploads from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
12. Permissions
Blurra does not request additional sensitive Android permissions through its application manifest. Access to images may occur through Android system-provided selection interfaces, where the user explicitly chooses the image to be processed.
13. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Blurra’s functionality, legal obligations, or third-party services change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
